For Friday, lets do a fun Top 10 List. This time, the focus is on your non reefy friends, and things they find amusing in your tank:
- While asking them to feed your fish, you quickly find out that they have given your fish four days worth of food, commenting like, “Wow, they sure eat a lot!”
- As you turn on the actinic lights to show them your corals, they instinctively start to glare at the bulbs.
- They keep trying to pinch you using your long-handled tongs for corals.
- Spend a good portion of their time in front of your reef trying to clean the front of your glass using the mag-float.
- Friends love when one fish eats so much, it continually poops, while the other fish try to eat it.
- Keep badgering me to hold my hands in the water so that the cleaner shrimp can perform a manicure.
- Play around with the fish that are known to bite and break the flesh of a finger. Just ask my trigger how my friends taste.
- Some friends label fish battling the current as “fishy treadmill”.
- Love looking at the long-spined urchin’s ‘eye’. Only to find out that poop comes out of it.
- Enjoy petting the sea cucumber!
